Double Occupancy rates above are charged for the first two people in a room or cottage. Each additional adult sharing same unit - Add 1/2 of above double occupancy rate.  All other additional persons will be charged by age category specified.

A minimum of 2 double occupancy charges will be applied to Park Place (See map).  15% will be added to all checks for Michigan state sales tax, bed tax, and gratuity.  NO TIPPING PLEASE.  Guests must register all visitors.  Visitors must be charged a daily rate to cover meals, on-site activities, and insurance (see Bob to arrange).  No Pets Allowed Please. In an effort to keep our prices low, we only accept personal checks, travelers checks, and cash as payment - We do not accept credit cards.  A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation at booking.  Balance of  total will be due & payable at time of check-in / registration.

Cancellation Policy:  Full deposit will be returned if cancellation is communicated 60 days prior to arrival.  For any cancellations made with less than 60 days notice, your deposit will be returned if / as the space is rebooked to other customers, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.  Given our limited Michigan summer operating season, we appreciate your thoughtful, deliberate planning and communication in this area.

Meal Attire:   

Comfortable, but shirts and shoes please, and remember to remove sand and grass. For the benefit of everyone, guests are encouraged to spruce up for dinner following activities on the lake, beach and pool.
