Rates below include accommodations, full breakfasts and dinners, all amenities- unlimited use of: heated pool, sandy beach, row boats, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, bikes,hiking trails and 18 holes of golf per day.

15% added to all checks for MI state sales tax, bed tax, and gratuity.

All outside guests must register. Visitors must be charged a daily rate to cover meals, on site activities and insurance. Please see Bob to arrange.

No pets allowed

We accept only personal checks, travelers’ checks, and cash payments.

We do not accept credit cards.

A 25% deposit is required to hold each reservation at booking. The balance will be due and payable at time of check-in by personal check.

Cancellation policy: Full deposit will be returned if cancellation is done 60 prior to arrival. Thereafter, deposit will be returned up to the amount rebooked minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Given our limited Michigan summer season, we appreciate your thoughtful, deliberate planning and communication in this area.
